Induction N+P Rotterdam
2026 ~ The N+P Material Recovery Facility in Rotterdam deals with a lot of contractors who need to understand the safety measures and other rules on the site. They asked me to make this onboarding process easier by putting all the important information in a short video. I wrote a script based on their onboarding information, reducing it into the essential information. I directed the actors and recorded the video. During post-production I added a voice-over and visual overlays to create Dutch and English versions. As of late 2026, the two video’s have sped up and simplified the induction for almost 200 contractors on the site.
